      Pros

      A great group of engineers, project managers, and people who really wanted this company to succeed.

      Cons

      Leadership executives leave the company without notification from the CEO or COO. The CEO was voted out of the company and there is no communication about that or the future of Forte. We were given notice that our jobs will be eliminated in 8 weeks. This ship is slowing sinking and only the CEO is to blame. Who is the CEO now? Why all of the secrecy? Rumors are flying about serious legal issues. So far the rumors always seem to be truth.

      salary, benefits and the flexible schedule are truly great. I also enjoyed working with everybody there

      Good pay, remote work, and good people

      Cons

      lack of leadership and a vision, and lack of ability to execute on creating viable product. Morale and accountability were almost non-existent. Had no performance reviews, no cost of living raises.
