Since Cambodia is a third world country, there is no standardized underwriting guidelines, reasoning demographically, historical data is not available needed to determine the factors involved with underwriting various risks. When the company was launched all staff are not even aware of Insurance industry and hence affected and making functions difficult until course of Insurance were offered during the later years.
