      Pros

      Small tight nit development team. Very flexible place to work. Come in late if you have to, take lunch when it's convenient for you, stay late to finish stuff up if you need to. Unlimited vacation. Nathan is an amazing leader. Hard not to like working here.

      Cons

      Not great for someone who likes a set structured schedule. Start-up company with not much to offer as far as compensation.
