Hated the 12 hour shifts, need to employ cleaners

Money is halfway decent for engineer

Management dont have the first clue of how to improve turn over of good product, putting un needed stress on employees who aren't trained properly. They are the first to bad mouth employees as well. They don't audit their suppliers enough and constantly receive sub par ingredients. Information is not shared. Engineers feel threatened by new starters and withhold setup info and hamper thir progression. Training is nonexistent on the machinery Covid measures are ropey at best, shift was not sent home when employee had track and trace for positive test. QA have no clue how to make the products and often refuse to do their own work or paperwork and instead choose to fiddle with things whilst you are fault finding. Moved to 24hr production but not enough down time for maintenance, goodluck finding spares or better yet being able to actually use them. Emergency stop buttons are guarded or often hard to access and the Maintenance manager implemented those guards Lock out tag out is not shown to new employees where to get the equipment The company goes through engineers very quickly and few stay. I have never been in a more needlessly stressful job No one listens
