      Pros

      Good Compensation Laid back atmosphere Good Leadership Good company values Location was good in Conway. No traffic to get to work Small office environment which made it great to get to know people

      Cons

      Training was ok, advancement is hard due to company being small. At times there could feel like a management vs employee issues.
