      Pros

      Honestly there is not a single one.

      Cons

      So lean they have people working doubles and triples and still can’t deliver to customers on time. The IT department actively works against other departments and is aggressive and demeaning in their treatment of others. The general manager makes decisions he doesn’t understand the implications of and expects employees to weather the fallout joyfully. They will work you until you break. Plain and simple. They will say yes we will hire help, the objective is to hire. Then turn around and specifically tell the directors they are not allowed to add headcount. Gaslighting is prevalent.

      Phenomenal people to work with. Honest to a fault. Always pay on time. Their level of integrity is through the roof!

      Company has a lot of potential with many talented employees

      Cons

      Poorly run company with frequent management changes and poor communication from upper management to lower level employees. The company motto is “Fortis One” and upper management definitely is focused on one thing and it’s not quality, it’s not customer service, and it’s definitely not employee morale. The one thing they do focus on is profit and growth. Employees feel like they are just a number, Pay is below industry standard for most positions and pay raises average 3% annually. Production employees frequently work 7 days a week. Customer satisfaction is low
