      Too much politics - Senior Software Engineer Fortude Employee Review

      Pros

      The staff is friendly and focus on English communication which is a good thing.

      Cons

      Software development head is driving politics to an unbearable level. No chance of being innovative and balls are passing everywhere if you really want a change and learn something new this is not the company. If you can do politics rather than doing your work this is the place. Good for consultants and HR people but not for the Software development people. Request a lot of extra work continuously without taking any leaves or weekend off days. And that head is thinking that is mandatory for the employee. Bad culture in that particular division.

      Work from home, opportunity to travel

      Cons

      In terms of business intelligence work, the company is immature. They are tied to Infor tools, which are sub-par. As of the beginning of 2019 they were moving away from developing/consulting in the "BI" space. In my opinion they should have never touted that they were in this space to begin with. What they were doing was developing financial reports for clients.
