Lack of vision/focus/leadership all throughout the org Absolutely disrespectful leadership who will openly tell you that you do not matter. Overrun with liars, strategy is always to change the metric if a traditional measure of success gives bad news. Can't manage to please shareholders or employees. Antiquated systems that do not work. Endless corporate initiatives that fall flat because leadership can't lead or manage Complete lack of accountability or active management.
