Pros
Pay is standard, health insurance includes some ivf. The employees were great but that's changing quickly with the forced shut down of all offices and required move to Chicago. There were so many talented people and now it's just dumpster fire as an entire workforce is walking out the door.
Cons
Annual layoffs, increased work load. Non-stop restructures with no direction, especially since Nick took lead.
