Management cares about employees personally. While not perfect they try to respond to employee feedback. Smart people who work hard. Growth of the company has created some opportunities for upward progression. Work from home 4 days a week.

Being a company with a flat org structure, there are not established paths for upward progression, so you have to chart your own way a bit, working with HR and your manager to figure out skills and career progression internally. Diverse group at the associate and management level, not as diverse at the advisor level.

Forum is by far the nicest and most generous company I have worked with. Pros of working at Forum Financial: Respectful coworkers. Awesome and down to earth leadership. Fun activities planned monthly. Focus on DEI and L&D. No micromanagement as long as you get your work done. Hybrid work schedule allows for flexibility with the work week. Ability to work with various departments. Advisor conferences held downtown or out of state! Fun way to get to know all your coworkers. Big focus on career growth at Forum. Ability to move up in the company with promotions and title changes. If you work hard, you will get the recognition you deserve. Forum supports any type of career growth on a personal level. Overall supportive environment with educated professionals. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to grow, learn, and develop in the financial industry.
