      Staff were willing to coach and interns were given opportunities to take full ownership over assigned tasks. Friendly corporate culture

      IT department lacks funding and manpower, which reduces efficiency when there is any system downtime as IT department was unable to turnaround in time when staff approach them for technical problems.
