      To be honest the Europe network colleagues are great!

      Cons

      Partners in tax team giving you false hopes to partnership to save increment/ career progression/ bonuses. No integrity, no development plans, expect a technical manager to head a team and do business development. Yet no recognition. False hope years after years! Don't join the tax team if you really want a career!
