Poor management - lack of training, some individuals should not be the level of seniority that they are. Progression uncertainty - no guarantee that there will be a business or personal need for people on the training scheme to progress. There seems to be an over-hiring policy, knowing that people will not complete the scheme. Broad brush approach on training scheme - not enough focus on individuals' progression
