Every role is extremely collaborative and cross-functional so you really get a well-rounded understanding of the business as a whole.

There are times where you may work overtime when work picks up but nothing that can't be managed! In-office presence is also heavily emphasized but managers are flexible when needed.

The location of the office could be better - but at the current rate of growth we will have to move before long anyway!
