Pros
Been working here for over a year and a half, and overall, it’s been a great place to grow both technically and professionally. The team culture is really collaborative and young, which makes it a fun and dynamic environment. Unlike many data science roles where one might just be coding in isolation, here we get the chance to work across different departments, lead projects, and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams and even external partners like Meta, TikTok, etc. Overall, i have enjoyed how well-rounded my job is here.
Cons
Things do move fast here, and priorities can change quickly, which can be a bit of a challenge, but it also means there’s loads of opportunity to grow and get stuck into new things. I’d definitely recommend Fospha to anyone early in their career who wants to build a broad skill set and work in a fast-paced environment.
