      pay is good but other than that forget it

      Small office mentality ....Zero training.... I was the the third AM in less than 6 months. I saw the producer have a meltdown and screamed at the AE for no reason ... avoid avoid avoid

      Not many. My advise would be to stay far away...

      Cons

      Lack of accountability and blame culture from leadership team. Witnessed multiple instances of bad behavior from leadership along with poor direction overall. Seems normal for team members to turn on one another for survival in an attempt to escape the blowback.
