      The purpose of the agency is admirable. Flexibility with schedules, however most clients are minors and sessions are conducted after hours or on weekends. Diversity among staff was improving.

      Cons

      No drive time over 8 counties. No gas mileage reimbursement. No health benefits. No retirement. No vacation or sick days. Poor training program.

      I loved having this job because I got to have a job that was meaningful and that I loved! I got to work in the community and work with people that truly cared about making a difference as well!
