Unstable and inconsistent employer - Anonymous employee Founders Path Employee Review

The company was awful for mental health. The other employees were great but the owner constantly degraded employees and said she was resentful of us one minute and the next minute she would say how she couldn't function without us. She also would not be able to tell us what our job was from day to day. When we asked for clarification on assignments we were told to "figure it out". She would over-promise clients which would cause us to work 50+ hours which was far over our "flexible 32 to 40 hour workweek". She was paranoid and accused us of trying to sabotage her. She is amazing at sales, however, she is not great at running a business. I worked there for half a year and I can't even give you a clear idea of what the company even does because she constantly changes it to whatever she lied about to get sales and it would be our responsibility to figure it out for her.
