Excellent work environment, many benefits: paid vacations, tech budget, work flexibility, health insurance, a humanistic company.

No company, person or situation is perfect, and yet I don't find any disadvantages in working for this incredible company.

The team at Four Kitchens truly walk their core values, and I would work with any of them again in a heartbeat. It can be a very fun, collaborative, enjoyable place to make some amazing sites and applications at. I felt supported and encouraged to grow and develop my skills and to share what I learned. There's a really enjoyable culture of praise that helped restore my confidence, too.

There's a pattern of new initiatives having a lot of high energy and attention to start, but quickly being neglected or abandoned entirely.
