The owners were very unapproachable, demeaning, and belittling toward their employees. The environment was always very tense. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unhappy at a job. The pay was good, but the health coverage was insanely expensive so we had to go without. I left this job as soon as I was able. The turnover rate was very high.
