- Well established brand in the industry - Great people on the teams - Can be a great starting point for people trying to break into tech sales
Cons
The company is run by leadership that is very disconnected from their sales reps and even their customers. The activity metrics you'll be expected to hit are not based on reality. You're ability to be be successful at sales here is almost entirely based on how many leads your territory/team gets and you will be judged against other territories that are getting 5-6x as many leads in some cases. - Don't trust the OTE
