They pay very low, Gerald will low ball you because he thinks the money is coming out of his pocket and runs the residential department like of it is 1987! No competive pay especially with other companies paying more due to inflation this place doesn't care. Even though some leads have tjeir journeyman license most leads here are underpaid! Getting wiremans pay with a journeyman licence!! Don't believe the pay scale it's only to lure you in, only to get low balled at the end. Some leads here with only residential service experience never have done a rough-in or trim or even bend conduit will make more money than a actual experience individual with 10+ years experience! The upper management protects the illegal subcontractors, customers and builders more then their own employees! If you like to get treated like dirt, lied too, under paid, discriminated against as well this place is the only place that you will literally get yelled out for doing your job!!!! If you have a great work ethic, hard worker willing to do what ever you need to do to get the job don Well this isn't the place for that! You will go unnoticed, you will not be appreciated and your hard work doesn't mean squat to them!! You have to work a lot of hours for crappy pay to make a honest comfortable living. To much politics, too much favoritism in this company. You would not advance at all, there is a few experienced guys here that are helpers have been here for over 10-15 years and only making 18 bucks an hour. And last but not least they upper management are all connected and family related and will do anything to cover up their actions a year ago I witnessed am employee literally get harassed all the time by! the so called "supervisors" to the point had a mental breakdown due to one of the supervisors pulling out a knife on him, treating him on company property!!!!! And they did nothing I mean the lead for fires and the supervisor kept his job because of his cousin who is in a higher position at the company be warned stay away from here
