- Great company culture. Lots of cool events, trade shows, vendor meetups - Flexibility to decide what trade shows make sense, flexibility to decide what solution to sell, what vendor to work with etc. in this way feels very entrepreneurial in nature in stead of segmented or death by process. - Company has good leadership and good idea of where we are going. Good future milestones and planning - Weekly meetings to keep everyone on track and discuss - Lots of good internal resources who have been with the business a long time and can help us sales people to move opportunities forward. - Awesome company culture we have a ton of fun outside of work
