      Seniors bully you, no growth, CEO only listens to women, extreme nepotism, when trying to talk to the managment they threat to tell the CEO, No job security, worse payscale, no help with medical holidays or benefits

      Pros

      - One of the best work environments in Lahore hands-down - Great learning opportunities specially as a freshie - Friendly people and no politics - If you want to go for learning instead of a high pay, go for FRAG. - Good working hours ( apart from the overtimes in some projects )

      Cons

      - Salaries are often delayed - Below Market level Salaries - Mismanaged projects leading to overtimes often - Lack of good laptops
