Pros
Secure job, easy to pass the interview, good for building up admin/ office skills, progression available if wanted, can make some nice friends if placed in the right team
Cons
Monotonous work, very low starting salary- rubbish and slightly degrading in fact, certain teams can be very cliquey and you can therefore have an awful time there and end up leaving due to this, high turnover due to management and job role nature, my training sparse and disjointed
