Pros
Framework provides you with hands-on experience and you learn a lot in 4 months compared to other co-ops I have had. I always felt that my work was appreciated and the rest of the team was extreamly friendly.
Cons
At times there can be lots of work and long hours spent at the office, don't apply for this job if you want a light workload. Pay is said to be market rate but I think it could be higher. Like the rest of finance, are back to 100% in person so other than the WFH Friday, you are expected to be in the office the rest of the week.
