Pros

Working at FPG was good in the beginning when they had an open-minded, modern take on the world and digital marketing. The digital team members were the ones who really ran the company and made it as successful as it is. They were awesome. The clients were great and the leadership from the digital team was phenomenal. If it were still run by the VP of Operations at the time, I would recommend this place more than anywhere. All four of them quit within a month of each other. That's all I'll say about that. Also, the leadership outside of the digital team does not consider this place a digital marketing agency. So if that's what you're looking for, I'd look elsewhere. Once the digital team left, it was terrible. It's quite an unfortunate thing to experience a lack of diversity and open-mindedness from your leadership. It really will mess with your mental health.

Cons

- The review titled "stay FAR, FAR away" is 10000% accurate - Doesn't have great benefits (they didn't provide health insurance options up until June of 2021 despite promising it for years) - Outdated culture/toxic behavior from leadership - The leadership team could do better with their treatment of younger employees (this goes for employees that work for the clientele). Major hierarchy in a negative way is present in the leadership team. - Lacks modern knowledge of digital marketing

Pros

A small team of hard-working pros who take their work seriously but not themselves. Always laughing. LOVE the location (WeWork in East Nashville), which has great perks on its own. As a content producer you get to interview tons of entrepreneurs about their journey to success. Paid time off (standard 2 weeks + 7 paid holidays), sick leave that accrues (!) , some opps for travel, TEAM environment. Regular hours and flexibility to work from home as needed.

Cons

You DO have access to health & dental insurance at prices lower than the marketplace, but none of it is company-paid at this time.
