      Location was good. Had a lot of nice perks during the Tax Season

      Cons

      No room for growth. Bad group of people to work with. Training was really lacking. Too many nights of long hours.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
