Pros
Great opportunities to learn and grow and shape your career to be what you want it to be. High ethics, people try to do the right thing and treat each other with respect. I've worked in other companies and it's much better here when it comes to the level of respect you are given. The client base is top notch.
Cons
Change is well thought out and sometimes comes slowly. The Firm is growing and that brings challenges to maintain culture, especially when spread across multiple offices. It's client service, so the things that come with that (time entry, clients aren't always nice) sometimes can bring you down. All in all, not a lot of cons.
