The location is good.
Cons
People in management take advantage of employees and work them into the ground. Management gets away with treating people poorly and receives little or no repercussions for their actions. They yell at employees, making people cry on a regular basis. There is ZERO work life balance. You basically have to give up your own social life to work there and become part of their scene. Their parties often get out of hand with alcohol flowing freely. It's surprising none of them have gotten sued yet. There is regular harassment. They have a fake exterior but once you get in there and stay for a while, you'll see how twisted it really is. Run for your life. They'll tell you the firm is extremely popular with a great reputation but when you ask people they've never heard of them.
