Than you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your expereince at Fraser is not reflecting the kind of workplace culture we strive to maintain.
We want to be very clear that Fraser does not tolerate racist, sexist or discriminatory behavior of any kind. We encourage any employee who experiences or witnesses inappropriate conduct to report it to their manager and/or HR so concerns can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Creating a respectful and professional environment for all employees remains a core company value.
We also understand the importance of transparency and trust when it comes to compensation. For commission-based sales roles, compensation plans and commission structures are reviewed directly with employees by sales management at the beginning of each year, and employees formally acknowledge those plans. If questions or concerns arise, they are discussed with management, and when needed, escalated to HR for further review and resolution.
While we recognize that not every employee experience will be the same, we take all feedback seriously and continually evaluate ways to improve communication, leadership development and the overall employee experience. We appreciate the contributions of our team members and remain committed to fostering a workplace built on accountability, professionalism and opportunity.
