Pros
The people make this company an enjoyable place to work. They work so hard. Incredibly supportive and helpful. Real team spirit in a lot of the teams. Fast paced learning and opportunities.
Cons
No real benefits other than the legal minimum. Lack of trust and transparency in the company. I was told point blank by my line manager that they trust no one in the team. Everyone works over their hours, no one takes lunch breaks. You have to scan in and out of the building like a child being checked in and out of school. A lot of promise made by the company but no delivery. The employee engagement survey has been pushed back 6months because the company has done nothing with the results of the last one. That speaks volumes. There is minimal staff recognition. Promotion’s/ pay rises promised but take months to be signed & only after you have “proved yourself” doing the role for months (no back pay). The way some people communicate can be disrespectful & unprofessional. Undermining, belittling and some times just rude. This is ignored and accepted as the norm because of who they are. The culture has taken steps backwards this year.
