HR & Culture: Challenging internal HR dynamics that detract from the team environment. Corporate Disconnect: Leadership strategies from corporate that don't effectively align with daily operations. Burnout Risk: An unsustainable workload and high-stress environment. Growth Ceiling: Clear stagnation in career progression once you reach a management level.

Lot Manager, at the time, was responsible for bad atmosphere among employees most of the time...

Pros

There were a lot of great people just trying to keep their heads above the constant onslaught of high water.

Cons

A completely disorganized culture of constantly being behind, lead by a CEO that would rather tweak marketing ads to suit himself rather than understand what the company actually needed to succeed. A GM that constantly managed up, as opposed to actually listening to him team on the floor. It was pointless to try to attempt making any positive impact, because it would be changing next week, when the CEO/Owner/GM had their latest flash in the pan idea. Everything is also hidden behind the "Biblical Values" component, so when bad things are done to the employees they can still sleep at night.
