      -Not much to work on so the job is very easy. -High turnover so you never need to make friends with work people.

      Cons

      -The brand of rv that Fraserway makes called Adventurer has a tendency to leak, rot out and fall apart. Buyer beware.

Growth Ceiling: Clear stagnation in career progression once you reach a management level.
