- Company somewhat directionless on how to merge their legacy and newer products. Various projects over the years that never bore fruit.
- Management has a habit of vastly underestimating how complicated a given problem is (both marketing and engineering problems).
- Old stack (for the product I was working on) with no resources to update it.
- Little to no recognition on a company-level of all my hard work.
- Very little effort on diversity and inclusion.
