Business Outlook
Pros
Nearly everyone working in the head office is a positive, friendly person. Not too 'serious' with no corporate toxicity in my department. Exciting changes being made by a newly-refreshed leadership team make it a very exciting time to be a part of the company
Cons
Resourcing issues resulting in long, tough hours for some employees as a result of previous mismanagement. This should hopefully be a temporary pain as the new management take the reins, but right now it's quite challenging.
