      Cons

      Politics trumps work ethics and abilities. Major gap in communications between colleagues and departments. Gossip within the management team is worse than junior high school.

      Hybrid WFH options. Enjoyable office culture.

      Cons

      Shorter season orders per series. Limited budget for Script Coordinator to start with the rest of the room, forcing WRA's to do their job for months without add'l compensation.
