-Way too many managers and not enough help.
-Micromanaging and sometimes being micromanaged by people who aren’t even in your department.
-No communication
-Fearful of losing your job because someone is always being fired or they’d leave willingly.
-Gossip behind one another
-When you’re communicating with a coworker to do a job, they may accuse you of not doing your job or lolly-gagging.
Not much space to park due to all the inventory on the lot.
-Being blamed for someone else’s mistakes.
-Managers/coworkers bringing emotions into work.
