Pros
Workload was manageable, realistic billables, nice new office space, basically paperless, paralegal was brilliant and on top of everything, legal assistants were friendly and eager to help.
Cons
Not many opportunities in my preferred practice areas, pressure to work onsite even with full setup to WFH. Partners were nice enough but mostly inaccessible, slow to respond and prone to procrastination, while I was stuck having to explain to clients that we were behind for no good reason. Benefits were crazy expensive
