Bad Management - Anonymous employee Freeta Employee Review

The management runs the company without any policies. Anybody is hired and fired anytime for no reasons. Whenever management decides to go for outing, they will give leave on that day and asks the employees to work on a Sunday. Why should employees bear the brunt. No matter how hard you work, it is always less for them and not a single motivation. Worst company to work with. It is better to sit at home than work here.
