      Pros

      Problem solving on the fly. Great coworkers, and good salary.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, and start up mentality for a company that rebranded after 30 years. Very young with little tenured experience in the transportation industry. The structure of employment was also very confusing and leadership would tell use one thing, and do something completely different.

      Great coworkers willing to help each other. Highly motivated and intelligent upper management. Practical skills to learn that will translate to other jobs. Occasional happy hours

      Cons

      Long hours with an uncompetitive commission model with overcomplicated structure. Multiple months where zero reps were awarded commission. Shifting towards remote reps, damaging the what could be great in office culture.
