Pros

No pros (save yourself the trouble)

Cons

Worst employer I have ever worked for. Be prepared to be treated poorly if you are not a close relative or family. No matter how much hard work you put in, it is NEVER enough for them. The work does not stress you as much as management does. Management (especially the owner) also has a lot of time to get involved in unnecessary workplace drama, which to think they would have better things to do but clearly not. No job stability at all as they do not care for their employees but will put on an Oscar worthy act to show you they do. Save yourself the trouble and the mental torture these guys put you through. It is NOT worth it.

Freightcom Response
5y
As a family owned business, the ownership takes great pride in the company and workplace culture that has been built at Freightcom over the years. As a result, when employees are causing issues within the workplace such as, speaking inappropriately about other colleagues and using workplace equipment for personal conversations during business hours, this gets addressed directly from the top. Freightcom prides itself on having been able to create new jobs and opportunities during the global pandemic without having to conduct a single lay off. We stand behind our team and have a zero tolerance policy for those that violate company policy, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Pros

My time at this company was nothing short of amazing, even though I wasn’t here for very long (just under a year). I had to leave due to moving houses, so it truly wasn’t by choice if I could have stayed, I would have. The culture here is honestly difficult to put into words. Every single rep on the sales team is incredibly talented, each with their own unique techniques and approaches. Working alongside them was inspiring and pushed me to become better every single day. You learn so much just by being around these people. I especially want to highlight Jay, the VP of Sales. He is one of the most talented people I’ve ever met in any of my previous jobs. He has a unique mindset, really understands people, and leads in a way that motivates everyone around him. When I was transparent about needing to leave, he was kind, supportive, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Beyond sales leadership, there’s a whole support network operations, tech support, house accounts, and more. The open-door policy is real, not just something written on paper. You will always have someone to turn to, and you can trust that they genuinely want you to grow and succeed. Overall, this is a company where people lift each other up, leadership leads with empathy, and the culture is truly immaculate. I’m grateful I had the chance to be part of it, even for a short time.

Cons

No major cons from my experience.
