Business Outlook
Pros
Freightgate is operating in a super interesting field, so there will always be new challenges thrown at you. There's no hand holding, only hands-on work. Flexible hours and the ability to work from home if necessary are definitely a plus for me. You can bring in your own ideas how to solve things which is nice. The facilities are pretty good as well. At any given point I can talk to the management directly and don't have to follow any hierarchy.
Cons
It can be stressful at times, but that is to be expected. I wish the management would have a better way of communicating during those times.
