Joined the company since 2020 , had learn a lot and achieve a lot. Open mind management team, all can be creative and learn, allow yourself and encourage to develop own talent, silk. I am happy working in the last 5 years.

Great team member and company to work with and for a long time.

I have been working at Frequency Telecom, just shy of 6 months and can honestly say it is one of the best companies I have worked for! A friendly supportive team, with approachable managers. The company has a nice laid back culture and an easy going working environment. The office is lovely and clean, located right near the centre of town. Flexible, hybrid working hours are also available and finishing at 4 on a Friday is great!

Shame there is not enough free parking onsite, but you can park at the warehouse 10 minutes up the road, which is good to get some steps in! The office can be a little quiet at times, but I have adjusted and don't think I could work in a loud noisy office again! Some processes could maybe be a little more streamlined and the systems a bit more automated, but still much better than a lot of companies I've worked for.
