Pros
Salary, location, snacks, a lot of time wasted in meetings that have no purpose except to have a select few hear their voices and tell others what to do because it gives them a sense of purpose and insures that everyone knows who is running the show
Cons
Management, culture, no vision, throw under the bus attitude to cover themselves. You have to ask yourself why is it that these people have been at the same place for 10 15 25 years. It also creates an environment that stagnates and doesn't move forward because of the fact that no one wants to hurt the others feelings
