Pros

Fun staff in a fun environment . Can make a lot of money. Food is great!

Cons

Large Tip-Outs at the end of the night. Usually 1/3 of your total tips goes to it. Favoritism for certain servers is insane. Hot Patio that never gets sat in the summer, but is always staffed.

Pros

Nice people, hours are not crazy like other restaurants, people tip great here. There are a couple of really great managers who would do anything for you. Right in the heart of Burleson, great location leads to a lot of guest.

Cons

Unethical practices, as a cook they will edit your time without you knowing so they won't have to pay overtime. Pantry does not get their tip outs until the next day but they have to guess and claim what they "think" they will make that night, which is hard because you can make 5 to 35 a night. As a server you have to keep up with your tips sometimes they will claim way more than you make, even though you claim on the terminal and write down exactly what you make every night. Fraternization in the workplace between management and servers lead to preferential treatment. Every few Sundays one of the owners would come in and turn off the A/C and all the fans, working in the back would go from uncomfortable to unbearable. Very uneven management, you have your quirky but lovable type (lets everyone get away with everything), the hard nosed type, (seeks to punish people, will follow you until you do something wrong so they can yell at you) the motivational leader type (great man, underemployed, loves his job) and just a "face" (that walks around talks to customers but minimally manages.) As you can guess this led to a confusing working experience. The prices kept going up but the quality of food was not. When I got hired Fajitas were 13 dollars, in just a couple of years they were up to 17 dollars. When I was a server I'd constantly get complaints on the 8 dollar bowl of queso, that same queso is 9 dollars now (I recently had lunch there)
