      good location, staff sale of fashion brands

      Cons

      The only business direction is to do promotion. Super high turnover rate. 0 brand love. All decisions are made at the last minute. It is impossible to have work life balance. Need to work during the weekend and until midnight. Local culture. Hierarchy, politics, gossipy.

      Pros

      Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

      Cons

      None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
