      Pros

      I was a fresh graduate when I started at Chowking as an Management Trainee. And the salary is increasing based on store performance and employees performance as well. It is a very established and very good company. I just look for a more career growth so I decided to leave that wonderful company

      Cons

      The promotion for the Restaurant Manager is kind of far if you dont close with higher position team. It is also based on performance but as I witness being an ARM some of the promoted RM is being fast in their position due that competition of being sticky to higher up.
