The demotions are not looked down upon but help you work on areas that eventually help in overall and consistent growth! 2. A totally work-from-home opportunity. Good leave policy. 3. Serious management reviews happen and culture is taken seriously. The HR is a blessing! 4. They appreciate honest feedback and are willing to change things around. If it's from both sides, the company has a lot of room for growth.
Cons
- The experience with managers is totally personal. Overall, direct reporting managers will expect certain outcomes and that's literally their job. - Health can be a concern if working in EST is not your cup of tea. Work-from-home jobs tend to get a lil unbalanced on work-life balance.
