Cons
Blatant sexist and misogynist culture throughout management. Management cares little about employee growth and success, no skill trainings available. Perfomances are judged arbitrarily at the whim of managment and not at all correllated with agreed targets and goals. 180° project changes are the norm (~ every 12 months) and not based on data or performance, but on the whim of the CEO. No remote work (for normal employees) or flexible options.
